Dear Ms Bechkam


I was very pleased to see you at the last company meeting. Remember that I gave you the opportunity to make confidential complaints about the person(s) who have been upsetting you. Unfortunetaly, some people in the team have complained about your behaviour so therefore i must issue a warning.
It seems to me that you are a very good employee but you can improve some of your behaviours by being more patient and more comprehensive with people that are not understanding what you are trying to get across. I suggest you to explain more extensively your point of view by being more open-minded about other people’s ideas and suggestions . I am sure you can improve your behaviour to make the team work easier for everybody.
I hope this warning will raise your sensitivity and awareness of the rest of the staff here at transcontinental and help make your integration within our ranks much easier.
